Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different model or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and photos/video of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale/clearance items, returns after 30 days, worn or altered watches, items missing original packaging, or returns without required proof of condition.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the issue is our error or a confirmed defect. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping service.
